In order to input Persian letter even without having a Persian keyboard at hand I created a transcription.

A short program translates this representation into the appropriate coding for the target system.

First I wrote such a program for the tranlation into Persian HTML-Code using FORTRAN IV, converted it into FORTRAN77, transferred it later to Turbo Pascal and just recently re-wrote it in Java. Using my latest Javascript version you can easily write in Persian HTML letters.
